Check that the license server is running.

"keylevel used up " usually means you are installing the same key.
To avoid this err, click Manage Key Database and then Rename Key
Database

Subject: Fundamentals intallation problems

A friend of mind is trying to checkout XSI V6 Fundamentals but is
running into problems.

I installed XSI... had it working for a few minutes, then it said
something about the 'connection' being lost. Now, I can't restart it,

as there is 'no active licence'. Yet, it won't let me re-obtain the
licence... as it says I already used it. Ya, I'm getting a 'There is
no interactive licence to run xsi' error when I run it It was running
fine, then a window came up saying the connection was lost, or
something like that. I then had the option of getting a licence,
aborting, or something else. It aborted, and now I can't run it
anymore. Ya, it was running for maybe 5 minutes or so.

I get an 'SPM error' if I try and 'install the key' or try pretty much

anything else.

"Keylevel already used up"

Thanks,

Leoung
