I had that problem as well Kim, IE7 was the issue for me. Firefox downloaded it fine.

I know a few people had trouble downloading the artists guide. I didn’t really follow the thread but I’ve just noticed that the z01 file gets downloaded as a zip file overwriting the zip file that would have been the first of the 3 files.
