Hi,

Is there a way to remove deformers who have zero effect on an envelope?
(like removing static fcurves)

I got an old character, and there's a mask on the character's face, the mask is enveloped to the entire
rig, so about 90% of the rig bones, has no effect on this mask object. It's also on other parts of the character...
I believe this leads to a slower rig?

I am thinking of writing a script to do this, but I can't afford the time for it, on this project..
maybe someone already wrote something similar, and cares to share it?

cheers,
