checked it.
its not a comp error / premultiplication thing at all.
 
the vertical black line is the bevel on your cube.
its dark because it receives no light.
you could give it some fill light...
 
if you turn the cubes on the vertical axis so you dont see the bevel, the dark line is gone, and it comps perfectly fine...
 
also you should get rid of the invert node in the FXtree.
