have been inactive on this list for a while (due to my employer being a
non XSI shop, at the moment).
hope all is well!
i have a question from a friend of mine and would like some thoughts...
they are looking for architectural viz software, something not too hard
to make work, especially in the photorealistic rendering section.
i tending towards viz, but XSI may not be completely out of the
question... what else is there that i'm not aware of?
plus, to make things more fun, they want water sim, for fountains and
such. the water is rather important, and i can't think of any app that
supports water sims out of the box. any ideas on plugins/standalone
software that would integrate well with off the shelf 3d apps and
doesn't need an engineering degree to use?
