It would. But I also think, as well as good search engine, which it
definitely needs, that there are issues with documentation and description
of the tools that are on there. If you browse through the list it's
sometimes difficult to tell what a tool does by its name and often the
description is either not good or not there at all. The library needs
moderating. It's not enough that it's just there.
