they were already Maya house nothing has really changed. Recently the used XSI on a project to test it out. Due to talent being some what scarce and that santa maria is no hot spot, they need to be able to source more talent, more regularly, so they go Maya.

pretty simple really. they still will need other applications to do tough tasks. so there is no reason for them not to renew their licenses. Cafe is a generalist shot really and will use the tool that gets the job done.
