so wayne pointed out to me that i was wrong (big surprise, huh?), and that you can only edit one object at a time. my new question, though, is could you get by with something that stored your selection set of uvs on one object, then stored the transforms on the other, and then applied those transforms to the saved selection of uvs? or is that too round about to be worth it?
