Cool.  I'll give that a shot.

Thanks,

Subject: Dongle Trouble

Hi List,

My dongle seems to work fine on workstations, but creates an error on my laptop.  It says that my USB device is malfunctioning and Windows cannot recognize it.  It was working before just fine and works on my other boxes.  Now I'm trying to reinstall the I-Wire dongle driver, but the setup package doesn't show it anymore after installing the license server.  I've tried reinstalling from scratch, rebooting, and might have even stood on my head.  No go.  Anything I might be missing?

Thanks in advance,
