safe zone adjustment

Subject : safe zone adjustment

I am working on a scene being rendered out at a picture ratio of 3.555 (1280x360). I would like to have field guide helpers available on my viewport, only specified in a completely different ratio. It seems that by default, they are locked into the same ratio as the camera.

Any suggestions?
