With prior XSI versions, plugins needed to be build using a
specific version of gcc. With XSI 6.0, you can use 4.0.2 or
4.1.1 installed on the system. We are not distributing gcc/g++
anymore so gcc will be located at its standard location on
your system. Probably you do not have the gcc installed.
