Load up some image in Clip->create clip from file.  Then in the FXTree open the clip from Clips, which gives you the From/To.  Then take the output of your PaintClip and plug it in to the To Clip.  The PaintClip is now the source.  You can then delete the From part.

Playing around with the FX Tree today. In the Documentation I found a reference to an Image/Paint Operator called "To Clip"

 

Which reads as:

The To Clip operator is one half of the Image Clip operator pair. It is a terminal operator, meaning that it has only an input. By default, it receives its input from the From Clip operator.

 

I can create that "To Clip" and "From Clip" by bringing in a clip from the Clips menu. But what if I want to paint a new image using the PaintClip node. How can I create a new "To Clip" node and pipe my PaintClip into that "To Clip" node for output to XSI 3D?

 

I dont see the "To Clip" node listed anywhere in the menus.
