image2weight map

Subject : image2weight map

Hi,
I was looking for the script from mindthink, which converts images to a
weight map.
I tried texture map but doen´t work at  "modulate shape key with weightmap".
So is there a new script or another cause you can´t download the script by
mindthink anymore ?
