Ahh wicked thanks guys, they moved it in v6, called Pass Crop Window in the Pass Output tab.

Thanks again

Does anyone know its possible to render just a portion of the camera. Not in the view port but in the actual render. Can I set a region somewhere and then have it render all the frames but just within that region? Basically I need it to just fix a part of a render that screwed up instead of re-rendering the whole thing.

Sure. In the Render Options go to the Format tab. in there look for Subregion. You can even copy the current render region size.

I do not have v6 in front of me right now, but I bet it is very similar. Search the help for Subregion if you can't find it.
