In the solution explorer, right click on your project, go "Add->Resource..."

Pick "Icon" and click "New". Draw some crap in the icon paint view that pops up. Recompile your project.

It's completely eluding me, or maybe it just can't be done. I'm using VC++
2005 express.

Or maybe there's a standalone around that'll do it for me.

Isn't it the stupid little things that take all the time.
