| Subject : Duplicate Polygons old behavior? |
Hi folks,
after getting back to modelling in XSI6 (so far I only rendered and finished an older project up) I noticed something that drives me nuts!
In older versions I'd select a couple of polygons, press Ctrl + D to duplicate, then I'd transform the polys as I wanted. In XSI6 the duplicated components are no longer connected to the old geometry. Instead I have to use the Extrude command. Any way I can have the old behavior back?
Second, I have noticed that some keyboard shortcuts interfere with the "Open PPG on node creation" preference. When I use a shortcut that includes Ctrl the node PPG does/does not appear based on what I selected. Any remedy? Other than changing all shortcuts that include Ctrl?
Thanks & best rgeards, Dave
