As with all my previous communication with Softimage,
all bugs I´ve logged sofar resulted in at least a confirmation
e-mail (containing the UDEV Number) even thought I have
no active maintenance subscription currently.
On that note, I´ll likely be getting XSI maintenance soon,
*feels* worth the money and is also just half the price
compared to the Autodesk Maya *Platinum* pricetag...
Cheers
tim

I mean active maintenance. When you're not on maintenance, you sure
can report problems, but there is no garantee Softimage will answer.

By that I assume you mean....not actually real "customers"? :-) If
that's what you mean then yes...thats probably why many don't get logged
officially.
