Animation Layers not saved in Delta

Subject : Animation Layers not saved in Delta

The Delta saving in 6.01 looks solid now, but I noticed that Animation
Layers are still not saved in the Delta File.

Is this by design or is it a bug?  I can't imagine why it should not be
included.
