reorder shape keys

I just used Gator again, which successfully transferred all kinds of 
shapes and expressions to a new head. It was a beautiful thing.

One thing, though. All the shape keys are in a very unintuitive order. 
Now they're in this convoluted order and I have no way to change it.

Is there any way to reorder shape keys under a shape cluster?

(I tried the reorder tool and the alphabetical/creation ordering. They 
don't work for this)
