I've made quite a decent amount of money from numerous relatives of assassinated Nigerian VIP's over the years. The trick is, you have to give them your account routing number, but very important, make sure there is no money in your account. The situation confuses them, and they often mistakenly transfer assets in the wrong direction. It works very much like a gradient, where your empty account absorbs assets from a non empty account until they reach a stable equilibrium.

Yes, it sure is. As long as you and your client are outside of the
EU. Here, it's pretty easy and costs nothing (given you're using bank
transfer with IBAN/BIC). Switzerland is also handled that way.
