Hey MAC,

Sorry about that.  Just threw it on and I see what's going on.  I haven't done hair this long with actual hair.  Been lucky to have only required a stylized approach so far.  If it's any consolation, I've got to do something like this in the upcoming weeks.  :-(

Hi Meng-Yang,

Yes we've been doing Syflex on hair for a while but for the styling it is not what I need.

Syflex has been the resounding answer for doing long hair.  At least you get to control the number of points colliding with the skull.

Hi,

I'm trying to make a long hair girl. Her hairstyle is pretty straight flat on the top of her head. (L'Oreal style)

My problem is that my character has long hair down below her shoulders and I don't have enough points on my hair guide for them to follow the curvature of my girl's skull. Therefore the hair look like linear curves.(even when increasing the hair segments.)

I'm using hair from selection and not hair from curves(which are limited to 14 points as stated in the doc.)

Am I being thick or what? What would be a good workaround?

Thank you.

Marc-André
