Subject : Multiple Cores under Foundation 6.01?
Hi folks!

I remember we discussed the issue whether dual-core CPUs count as one or four CPUs a while back. Since I'm currently looking into upgrading my 246 Opterons to 280s I curious how things stand. What will my 6.01 foundation do with four cores? Use only two? IMO, this will already be speeding things up since the 2 other cores can the take up the bunch of work needed for the windows core et al.

Best regards & thanks in advance, Dave
