If you want to blend it during animation,
You can make a 2copys of your envelope ( best in base pose) and freeze one
of them ( remove envelope) at the other copy change your envelope weight
Than you make a shape slection key of your 2 or more enveloped meshes and
parse the envelope needed trough it by shape
