Title: importing 3ds on XSI64
If I understood it correct, do you mean Autodesk hasn't yet supplied
Soft with their 64bit version of 3ds import plugin?

Too bad.

It's already tomorrow here... :-}

Because the 3DS libraries we use for the actual file import don't exist on 64-bit. If I'm not mistaken, they come from Autodesk and are therefore a little bit out of our jurisdiction :-(

Why on earth did Softimage take out "Import 3ds" in XSI 64bit?
You just can't find it in 64 bit!
Luckily I have a 32bit and a 64bit PC. Unluckily I have to go through
extra processes.
Why is it unplugged?

TIA,
Eriya
