collapse floating windows

Subject : collapse floating windows

(v 5.11) I'm looking to make a hotkey to collapse/expand a floating window. In this case, the Keying Panel. I would have it permanently there, but it slows down modeling update sometimes, so I like to hide it by either minimizing it or collapsing it. I'm annoyed by double clicks.

By the way, I really wish you could pin the Key Panel so it wouldn't update with selection. Really, really wish.

Ideas?
