I am at the same situation. In some weird way, I wish I'd never worked
in XSI before, because I am spoiled. I don't mind other software, but
for generalist oriented smaller shops (and those for are willing to
start fresh and rebuild pipeline around XSI), XSI has just too many
advantages to ignore it. Anyway, after I am done updating my reel, I
might try to head back to some safe place which uses XSI, because my
nerves aren't getting stronger when I become older :).
