sorry steven for asking, i was just curious.......i have no clue at all about maxwell, that's why i ask.....i don't think anything about it...i was just trying to find out more.....

they have been saying they have an xsi plugin for a while now. plus their realflow plugin support is shite. which you can research on this very list...

oh yeah... displacement was one of the features they listed early on. i can't find it listed anymore. so now i ask you. what do you think of it?

XSi plug-in:
Alongside the release of Maxwell Render 1.5, a new plug-in for XSi 6 for both Win and Linux will be available to all new and existing users.  In line with our policy to promote cross-platform use of Maxwell Render, this plug-in will be free to all users with standard Full licenses.

i wonder if they will actually deliever!
