Anyone know where to find Dave Lajoie’s classic paper on mental ray rendering optimization?  It used to live here:

but I can’t seem to find it anymore.  I’m trying to explain some BSP stuff to a friend, and always remember that paper as the best resource for understanding it.  Any other better resources are always welcome, too.
