XSI v5.11 32 crashing a lot on Win64 system

Subject : XSI v5.11 32 crashing a lot on Win64 system

Stuck in the stone ages for a bit here....using XSI v5.11 32 on a Win64 box and I'm noticing that its pretty unstable. Anyone else notice this? I get a lot of freezing.
