Damping RBDs...

Subject : Damping RBDs...
Haven't played with RBD's until recently, but wasn't there a way of damping the simulation so that you can get the objects to 'settle'? Currently dropping 50+ objects onto a flat plane, but they continue to twitch away long after they have stopped their natural movement/interaction. I'm guessing that I'm missing something ridiculously obvious...
