i've noticed a lot of refresh issues in 6.01 regarding passes a lot of times
when going back to default pass the overrides get stuck...

sometimes i had to render passes in a special order so it didnt happen that.
or re open the scene...

i still get an issue where not all partition members get properly
overidden. but this solves itself when i reload the scene.
