Source to learn about reference models

Hi there!

What would be the best source to learn about reference models in XSI? 
Beside XSI manual of course.
I am trying to include reference models and features it gives to our 
pipeline. So far I have been using point oven extensively but I see that 
Ref. Models provide much better features for teamwork. I am looking for 
video tutorials what covers that topic. All other sources what have 
helped you out work too of course :)
