Nice tip! So far I haven't heard of any similar feature but text input
node sounds like a pretty good idea...
I would make a sequential file of all the numbers and texture them on a
grid,
or compo them later using alpha.

Hello,

Does anybody know how I can link the text tool to display the current
frame, so that when I scrub the timeline, the text appends to display
the correct frame number? I want to render an animation but have the
frame number visible for any alterations I may be asked to do. I know I
could turn on the 'show current time' in the viewport but this wouldn't
show up in the render. I can't seem to find an input node for the text
box.

If their isn't a solution, is it possible in the compositor? I'm using
version 5.11 at the moment.

Cheers

Saf
