I found Deform -> Quick Stretch to work better for that kind of thing. It's also easier to setup.

Has anyone had success simulating falling paper or other thin flexible objects using syflex or softbodies in xsi?
I've tried using syflex's air and turbulence but it doesn't have that nice falling leaf effect. There should be lots of falling paper with collisions so keyframing is a bit tedious.

Thanks,
