Trust me - the Obj sequence works very well - we use it to get stuff into Houdini from XSI!! What do you need to do??

I was unaware I didn't have to plot things to export!
So I got that as plan B..and I'm checking out pointoven now :D

Hi Alex,
Pointoven is definitely the way to go, make the mdd's in xsi, load
the objects in LW and apply the mdd plugin.

hello,
excuse my ignorance, I've been asked to export a cow walkcycle in
.objs (a .obj for each frame), and I got a scene with the cow that
someone else has rigged/animated.
How can I do this? If I try to plot the animation or merge the
objects (merging shape animation/envelope weights).. it goes
boom..and the mesh is all over the place. I'm sure I'm doing
something wrong.
Please help :o)
p.s
the idea is to get the animated mesh to lightwave, if
there's another way, do tell (would pointoven work?).

Alex.
