Hi,
I was wondering if its possible to alter the default directory structure
in xsi when it creates a new project, or what it expects to find in such
a tree. One thing would be to for example take away the capitalization
of all the dir names, its great in windows but when you navigate the
structure using a *nix command console its a tad annoying to always
remember going for the shift key. I've found some entries in the
registry but before messing with that I was wondering if that actually
does what I hope it does. Also how does messing with that affect old
project structures?
Lastly before I try it, has anyone tried having sym links in an xsi
project tree, for example:
/proj/myproj/scenes/shot001/Render_Pictures -> /proj/myproj/out/shot001
Any problems with doing that? Does xsi know or care about the
difference?
