DirectX on Vista

Subject : DirectX on Vista

I'm *still* running XSI 5.11 on Vista, and I get this message.
Can anybody explain to me why it does this?

'ERROR : 2000 - Library not found:
C:\Softimage\XSI_5.11_x64\Application\Plugins\DirectXExport.dll.
