Hi Oliver,

Glow in XSI just seems to be not perfect compared to other 'praised' software.
You'll have to work around quite a bit when it comes to Glow and particles comp.
I haven't got to touch around glow in 6.01 but 5.11 really was a headache.

Good luck,
Eriya

Subject: glow problems

Hello All,

I'm having some glow problems,

and i'm curious if this is a reported bug for 6.01,

otherwise i'm going to use matte's and just do it in comp.
Till now, my glows that have the same parameters, are handling differently on the same object that's just duplicated.
The normals look fine aswell.

In Maya, you have to sometimes use Normalization values for Mental Ray (aka Standalone translation)
maybe there's something in XSI aswell.. i'm overlooking,

Thank you in advance,

Oliver
