I am setting up renderpasses on a very complex
scene containing many referenced models with lots of instances in them, and
certain parts refuse to stay in the partition I move them to. They are located
in the Background_Objects_Partition, and when moved to their proper partition I
can see the result just fine in a render region. When I save the scene and set
it rendering they are not rendered correctly and when I reopen the scene they
have moved back in to the Background_Objects_Partition. Has anyone here
encountered anything similar and can perhaps offer a workaround? Something
simple like splitting a render in to individual parts and do AO, MV etc passes
suddenly becomes pretty painful. Oh and I am on 5.11 QFE10 atm - 6.01 has
just been to unstable for render setups.
