its true about a passport, but if the guy has a visa/working permit
thats a whole different story, as those are usually restricted to the
country in question... (and possibly even just a company)
It's no problem in the UK if you are EU citizen. You don't even have to
visit any Job Centre or anything, because you get everything
automatically in 3 days as a "skilled professional" (usually to get
insurance number you need to go to Job Centre). Your employer must pay
like 70 quids or something around that for your permit :).
