Uh yeah...should of clarified that. I'm just stating the differences but yes, we don't want nodes disappearing. And yes, FX tree really should be able to rename with F2 as well.

Careful what you ask for, I'd REALLY rather not have dangling fxtree
nodes disappear on refresh.
Of everything on your list I'd be happy just with having F2 to rename
nodes. :)
