If you need a free tree generator you could take a look at

http://sourceforge.net/projects/arbaro/

http://arbaro.sourceforge.net/

It is a Java application and it outputs obj with good UV info. You can dial highres and lowres versions of the same tree and make seed versions too. Works a treat.

Hi there,

You could try this new plug-in that's doing the rounds..

T-Gen.

I think it's still in beta but it's looking good from what I've seen.

Hi folks,
I'm back to visualizing my prefab houses once more.

This time the client wants animations. So I got 3d terrain data and
aerial photos. But what I need now is a quick way to do trees that
render fast. Anyone got any idea how to do that?

A side note, anyone got low poly European cars for XSI?

As always, thanks in advance!

Best regards, Dave
