As for the problems that have been discussed associated with making complete changes to the character rig and character throughout production, the work I've been doing with MOTOR has got me to thinking that associating it with reference models might be the way around this problem Retargeting works with mixer and keyframe data on top of mocap, so adding a resolution for targeting animation to vastly altered rigs should do the trick.

I like the strength and the flexibility of the new referencing system, especially working with Deltas. At least we can agree that every iteration is getting us a wee bit closer to what we've been expecting.
