That usually is closely related to a Sony technician coming around every
few months or so, doing some voodoo magic on the monitor and calling it
class a afterwards... ;)

There’s no such thing as ‘true colour’, it’s contextual, dependent

it’s ‘true colour’?

hi james....
well i have the dell 24" on the right here beside me on one machine,
but infront of me, on my main workstation, i have a 24" eizo and i
have to say even if the dell is quite good, it doesn't even come near
the eizo......so if you really want to have something that gives you
true colour feedback > EIZO!
ok, its like three times the price or so, i havn't checked lately, but
its worth every cent.....
cheers,

Hey guys, my little 17” macbook pro display is becoming a little too
restrictive, so im shopping around for an additional screen,
Anyone using Dell 24 / 30” screens? If so are they upto task?
Specificly black levels / banding? (more so on the 30”, as the laptop
has dual link dvi on it…may as well use it)
Cheers
James,
