AW: monitors?

i knew you would come at me for this one kim......

 

BUT what i mean is.....whatever i see on my eizo comes out just like that on the reference monitors and in television..... no loss or bad surprise when it's being aired,

is that true enough?

There’s no such thing as ‘true colour’, it’s contextual, dependent upon purpose and the medium you’re working on. How are you telling it’s ‘true colour’?

well i have the dell 24" on the right here beside me on one machine, but infront of me, on my main workstation, i have a 24" eizo and i have to say even if the dell is quite good, it doesn't even come near the eizo......so if you really want to have something that gives you true colour feedback > EIZO!

ok, its like three times the price or so, i havn't checked lately, but its worth every cent.....

Hey guys, my little 17” macbook pro display is becoming a little too restrictive, so im shopping around for an additional screen,

 

Anyone using Dell 24 / 30” screens? If so are they upto task? Specificly black levels / banding? (more so on the 30”, as the laptop has dual link dvi on it…may as well use it)
