Any error message in the log if you open the scene or render a region?
Open the render tree of the object, is there still a tree or just one shader?

Subject: BA Volume render errors

Hi all,
I'm just taking over a shot for someone who is on holiday.  The shot has a particle system with BA volume shader applied to it.  Before the guy left, he showed me the scene and it all rendered nice and cloud like.  Now he has gone, when I render it, it renders to bounding box shape.  The licence seems to be installed ok, it doesnt render pinky/purple like it would when the licence goes wrong.  Renders a nice grey colour but just a huge cube shape.
Anyone ever had this problem before?
cheers
Duncan
