Well, it's difficult to pin point what's causing your specific issue, without
more specific info or being able to look in the context of the scene.
In my experience with Syflex, the simulation model can be unstable for certain
geometries, or for certain situations, but persistence and trial and error
would always eventually lead to acceptable results. Some things to try:
-Make sure your cache files are cleared before simulating, sometimes they can
kick in and make your sim seem to pop.
-Try shape baking all of your source meshes, then scaling them up by a
factor of
10 or 100, and reapplying the sim. If this works, you need to shape bake your
resulting sim mesh and scale everything back down to fit your scene.
-Script each and every step of setting up your sim. If something is
unstable in
once application, sometimes, deleting all the cloth sim nodes and reassigning
everything can work the second, third, fourth, or fifth try.
It may not be the simple answer you were looking for, but all of the above is
what got me through my last cloth-heavy show.

Pin isnt animated.
And since we've mentioned (dont want to change the subject tho) is it
possible to connect Weightmaps into Pin ?! that'd be so sweet !

Are you animating the pin turning on and off? Or just getting instability
