Scripting: Check for Pass overrides in the Pass Options?

Subject : Scripting: Check for Pass overrides in the Pass Options?

Is there a way in scripting to check if any of the scene options are being overridden in the Pass Options dialog?

Specifically, I'm trying to determine if the user specified a different "Pass Output Resolution" so I can use it instead of the Scene option in my script.
