Raffaele,

Yes there was a refresh problem due to expressions linked to customPSets if I recall well.

Try plotting the blendweight param (if it works) on the constraint first (so that you have a keyframed animation on it instead of an expression) or just replace the expressions by keyframe if it's easy to replace.

Then plot them and it shall refresh properly. That solved some of our problems here!

Also make sure the constraints are not fighting each other (like pose + position active at the same time).
