Hi Gene,

Apparently it's really slow and doesn't work with subdivisions. I'm
writing a mentalray wireframe shader which shouldn't suffer from
either of these, plus will only require the MR shader, no extra
userdatablob, but there's a reasonable level of complexity in this
one. Getting close though.
